The Media Chart is a weekly look at what's topping the rankings and the ratings.

So what happens when there's no regular-season or playoff action going on in the NFL? CBS takes the broadcast crown with NCIS and Fox News wins out with a Donald Trump-free Republican primary debate. The NFL, however, did land the No. 2 spot on cable with the Pro Bowl. As Anthony Crupi wrote earlier this week, the Pro Bowl might seem like an afterthought compared to the rest of the NFL season, but it still pulls stronger ratings than even the NBA All-Star Game.

This week's chart also looks at the top 10 Super Bowl performances of all time.
