The Media Chart is a weekly look at what's topping the rankings and the ratings.

The season finale of CBS's "NCIS" drew big ratings, enough to top the No. 2 broadcast show on this week's chart: an "NCIS" spin-off. When all was said and done, the 13th season of "NCIS" proved that the show can still deliver sizeable audiences for advertisers, helping CBS to a No. 1 finish in the process.
