The Media Chart is a weekly look at what's topping the rankings and the ratings.

CNN might be winning the election ratings war this week's Democratic National Convention, but last week Fox News reigned supreme with its Republican National Convention coverage. It took nine of the top 10 spots in the cable ranking for the week ending July 24.

Meanwhile, NBC was tops in broadcast with 'America's Got Talent' taking the No. 1 and No. 2 spots.
