Every weekday, we bring you the Ad Age/iSpot Hot Spots, new and trending TV commercials tracked by iSpot.tv, a company that catalogs, tags and measures activity around TV ads in real time. The New Releases here ran on TV for the first time yesterday. The Most Engaging ads are showing sustained social heat, ranked by SpotShare scores reflecting the percent of digital activity associated with each one over the past week. See the methodology here.

Basketball pros take the spotlight for three of yesterday's new releases, marking the first day of the 2016-17 NBA season.

LeBron James powerfully narrates the latest W&K work for Nike, shot in black and white and showing feats of sportsmanship by young athletes that trace the Cleveland Cavaliers player's own extraordinary career trajectory.

Los Angeles Clippers teammates DeAndre Jordan and Chris Paul star in a new spot for State Farm's campaign showing words can take on very different meanings depending on the situation.

And Stephen Curry acknowledges his history of wins and losses -- and demonstrates his determination to "make that old" -- in Droga5's spot for Under Armour that promotes new Curry 3 shoes.

The new Most Interesting Man in the World is revealed in Dos Equis's first spot featuring French actor Augustin Legrand, following in Jonathan Goldsmith's footsteps. The one-liners remain intact ("he once cheated death, and death was perfectly OK with it"), but now our hero has a female co-star, actor Marina Artigas, joining him on his adventures. The classic tagline "Stay Thirsty, My Friends" has been tweaked to "Stay Thirsty Mis Amigos" in a play for Hispanic and bi-cultural drinkers.

Finally, rounding out the top five, Ubisoft's game Watch Dogs 2 urges gamers to "hack everything."
