"My new management team will be focused on delivering mission-critical functions with increased agency-wide responsibilities."
As chief consumer officer, former chief marketing officer Mr. Fueling's responsibilities will include finding insights into consumer behavior and applying them to strategy.
Mr. Boothe -- a former group client leader who works on the agency's Miller Brewing Co. account -- will head a newly formed "activation team" charged with making spending decisions based on Mr. Fueling's findings.
As chief client officer, Mr. Swinand will manage client relationships and develop measurements that show the clients how the investment decisions made by Mr. Boothe's team are working out.
Ms. Ring will lead the Los Angeles office and work primarily with Walt Disney Co. clients.
