NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- UPN continues to mine the young male audience with two new fan dramas and one new comedy.

To build on the success of its Wednesday night hit Enterprise, the latest chapter in the network's long-running Star Trek franchise, UPN has slated an updated version of the TV classic The Twilight Zone, hosted by Forest Whitaker.

The second drama, Haunted, about a police detective who is haunted by the dead, follows Buffy The Vampire Slayer on Tuesday night.

block of shows on Monday night, UPN at 9:30 p.m adds Half and Half, about two half-sisters with little in common with each other.

Executives said the network will finish this season as the fastest-growing network among 18- to 34-year-olds and 18- to 49-year-olds, key audiences for advertisers.

In particular, Dawn Ostroff, president of entertainment for UPN, said the network is gaining in that coveted male demographic now that WB is targeting young females and Fox is getting older.

UPN also unveiled a new advertising tagline, "Turn It Up," and a new logo created by CBS's in-house marketing team. The logo replaces the circle, triangle and square graphic that contained the letters UPN.
