Every weekday, we bring you the Ad Age/iSpot Hot Spots, new TV commercials tracked by iSpot.tv, the real-time TV ad measurement company with attention and conversion analytics from more than seven million smart TVs. The ads here ran on national TV for the first time yesterday.

A few highlights: Malcolm Jenkins of the Philadelphia Eagles talks about his personal focus—criminal justice reform—as a part of the NFL's "My Cause, My Cleats" initiative. AT&T promotes its customer acquisition incentive program (you can get up to $650 in credits per line when you switch to AT&T Unlimited Plus) and its DirecTV discount. And Amazon puts Alexa, the digital assistant built into its Echo device, to work tracking Santa.
