Every weekday, we bring you the Ad Age/iSpot Hot Spots, new and trending TV commercials tracked by iSpot.tv, a company that catalogs, tags and measures activity around TV ads in real time. Among the new releases, Subway says you don't need a life coach in its newest spot. Its reasoning: the sandwich restaurant makes better choices easy. In a Nationwide Insurance spot, a man is overcome with emotion at being treated like a human by an insurance company that he gives a representative a bear hug.

Google pushes its new app with a Halloween-themed spot. People ask it questions like "What are the top scariest movies of all time?" and "How old is too old to trick-or-treat?" You're never too old to trick-or-treat, says the app.
