(AdAge.com) -- XM Satellite Radio Holdings, which postponed its Sept. 12 consumer launch due to last week's terrorist attacks, rescheduled the launch of its service for Sept. 25.

The digital-quality subscription-based radio service will be available to consumers in Dallas/Fort Worth and San Diego for $9.95 a month. A national rollout will follow in the fourth quarter.
