Web merchant 1-800-FLOWERS announced a redesign of its Web site, featuring a new "one-click-to-product" approach that it says will make online shopping easier. With the new streamlined ordering process, shoppers can place an order directly from the Web site with just one click, without having to click on extra screens to reach an order menu.
