Online retailer 1-800-FLOWERS
has launched a redesign of its site, by interactive agency Fry Multimedia, Ann Arbor, Mich. The main goal of the redesign was to make shopping easier for users, said the agency. New features include a registered shopper system which keeps a database on a consumer's shopping profile, and streamlining multiple orders by a single user.
