CHICAGO (AdAge.com) -- A dozen more people were indicted this week in the McDonald's sweeptstakes scam.

Thirty-three people have no been charged with fraud for allegedly fixing McDonald's Corp. promotions to divert $20 million in prizes to members of a crime ring authorities said was led by a Simon Marketing security employee.

McDonald's and Simon have traded lawsuits over the case, for which no hearings have yet been scheduled.
