Two agencies are competing for the $2.5 million account of Adauction.com, San Francisco. Finalists are Think New Ideas and Ingalls Moranville. There is no incumbent. The advertising impression auction service is looking for an agency of record to create and launch a campaign that includes print, outdoor and online media. A decision is expected in November.
