Levi Strauss & Co. continues to refashion its brand under new CEO Phillip Marineau, this time removing two key executives. Robert Holloway, VP-youth marketing--and the key executive on the Levi's brand--has left the company. James Capon, formerly VP-young adults, handling marketing for Dockers and Slates, succeeds Mr. Holloway. Mr. Capon in turn is succeeded by Bobbi Silten, formerly head of the Slates brand, who becomes president of the Dockers and Slates brands. John Ermatinger, president of North America, is also departing; he is not expected to be replaced. The two departures follow the announcement earlier this month that Levi Chief Marketing Officer Gordon Shank was leaving.
