$21 million StarMedia Latin America job to O&M

StarMedia Network, New York, a Latin American online Internet network, chose Ogilvy & Mather, Miami, to create a pan-regional TV and print ad campaign. The campaign will break in Latin America later this month. StarMedia estimates its 1998 marketing budget at $21 million.
