21st Century Insurance picks Winkler

21st Century Insurance Group hired Winkler, San Francisco, for its corporate ad account, estimated at $5 million to $10 million. Work was previously done on a project basis by several shops. Winkler will create a campaign to promote the insurer's new identity, said a spokesman. The company changed its name from 20th Century Insurance at the end of 1999.
