24/7 Media acquires Imake and Sabela

24/7 Media, a New York-based online ad network, acquired Imake Software and Services and Sabela Media through separate stock-for-stock transactions. The combined value of these deals is approximately $150 million. Imake, an Internet convergence technology developer, is known for e.merge, a collection of applications that manages campaigns across multiple forms of electronic media; the integration of e.merge enables 24/7 Media to deliver campaigns across a wide variety of Internet-related media. Sabela Media is a global ad serving, tracking and analysis company.
