24/7 Media Europe signs nine web site deals since January launch

LONDON--24/7 Media Europe, the new company name for InterAd Holdings, one of Europe's leading online advertising sales representatives, has clinched nine major Web site deals since its relaunch last month. It was formed after InterAd Holdings, itself created from the now-defunct Softbank Interactive Marketing Europe, was acquired by U.S.-based 24/7 Media January 20.

The new Web site deals, which include Playboy.com, Scandinavia Online (SOL), Carlton Online and FortuneCity, add to 24/7 Media Europe's portfolio of 64 European Web sites.

24/7 Media is now able to target global advertisers seeking to include Europe in their reach. The European venture can also offer ads on Web sites targeting Asian and American online users through its parent U.S. company, which has a division in Asia and is planning a Latin American arm.
