CHICAGO (AdAge.com) -- PepsiCo won a temporary restraining order in Cook County, Ill., circuit court today forbidding four employees of Foote, Cone & Belding Worldwide, Chicago, from speaking with rival Coca-Cola Co. about Coke's Dasani bottled water brand.

The four had worked at FCB on PepsiCo's Aquafina brand bottled water account, which PepsiCo is shifting to Omnicom Group.

The temporary restraining order will remain in effect pending the outcome of a hearing on PepsiCo's request for a permanent injunction against FCB and FCB parent Interpublic Group of Cos. That hearing is likely to take place later this month. No date was set on today by Judge Richard Siebel.

The four FCB employees named in the order were Mary Beth Reed and Kurt Freis, creative directors, Paula Ausick, director of brand equity, and Bob Dreveny, executive vice president and executive creative director.
