4A'S, IAB AGREE ON ONLINE-MEDIA BUYING TERMS

The American Association of Advertising Agencies and the Internet Advertising Bureau agreed to terms for online media buying at last week's 4A's Media Conference. The terms -- following a marathon negotiation session that began at 5:30 p.m. and ended at 2 a.m. Feb. 28 -- are expected to be announced this week.
