A-B may lift prices in 4th Q

Anheuser-Busch is contemplating selective price increases or discount reductions on a market-by-market basis for the fourth quarter. The decision is being driven by strong sales trends and the fact some markets haven't had a price increase for two years while domestic brewers have been locked in a pricing war. For the second quarter, gross sales were up 1.7% to $3.5 billion.
