A-B working on Web site

Anheuser-Busch is working with Web developer On Ramp, the company headed by former MTV VJ Adam Curry, on a World Wide Web site for Budweiser. A tease for the site, at http://budweiser.com, touts the coming of Bud On-line, featuring something called a "Virtual Interactive Network Navigation Interface." The tease features scenes from the Budweiser ants commercial created by DDB Needham Worldwide, Chicago, but Mr. Curry said his company was working directly with A-B on the project. Mr. Curry wouldn't say when the site will go live. The A-B deal comes on the heels of a Polar Beach Party promotion On Ramp created for Budweiser competitor Molson Ice. On Ramp resigned the Molson business to take on Budweiser.
