Bugle Boy Industries this week returns to TV after a two-year hiatus. Each spot in the $10 million "Bugle Boy Nation" campaign mixes animation with computer-enhanced people gyrating over psychedelic backgrounds. The commercials will run on national cable and the season premieres of "ER," "Friends," "The Simpsons" and "Home Improvement" in 11 markets nationwide. DDB Needham Worldwide, Los Angeles, handles.
