Procter & Gamble Co. will introduce two new Cover Girl cosmetics products as part of the line's fall '99 collection. The new Fall In Love color collection will include new Smoothers Gel EyeColor, a gel-based eyeshadow and liner, and Shine! Lipglaze, a potted lip gloss. The collection reaches stores in September, backed by print ads and in-store displays from Grey Advertising, New York. Also slated for fall is P&G's first integrated campaign for its Oil of Olay skincare and cosmetics lines. That campaign, from Saatchi & Saatchi, New York, is based on the concept of the best-selling book "I Am Beautiful," which will be a Lifetime cable network documentary. The effort will include TV and print ads, in-store displays, sampling and a special offer of the book free with purchase of $15 or more. The TV show will air Sept. 17, sponsored by Oil of Olay
