Four A's issues FDA paper

The Four A's released a paper stating its position on the new tobacco advertising regulations proposed by the Food & Drug Administration. In it, the association supports FDA measures to reduce sales of tobacco products to minors, but opposes many of the advertising-related proposals on the grounds they violate the First Amendment rights of advertisers and adult consumers.
