Four A's opens annual meeting

The American Association of Advertising Agencies kicks off its annual management conference tonight with a dinner and reception at the Turnberry Isle Resort & Club in Aventura, Fla. Highlights of the agenda for April 10 include a morning panel session entitled, "If only agencies would ... ," featuring such marketer executives as Ron Cox, group VP, Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co.; and a speech by Robert Schmetterer, newly named chairman-CEO, Euro RSCG Worldwide, on "What agency CEOs must face up to in the world of new media."

News of the day will appear in a special Four A's edition of tomorrow's Ad Age Daily Fax. The annual meeting concludes April 11.
