LIKE A STICK IN THE EYE

I can't say I have never seen a more blatant quarter-page demonstration of poor taste, but this example, in Gourmet Retailer, stopped me like a stick in the eye.

I don't think there is any hope of reforming the advertiser, but I will urge the publisher to be more discriminating and recognize that this type of litter also soils the image of the magazine.
