Online buying collective LetsBuyIt.com named Abbott Mead Vickers/ BBDO, London, to its $100 million global advertising account. Abbott Mead beat out London agencies BMP DDB Needham and Ogilvy & Mather for the business. A European campaign, the first part of a global marketing effort, is planned for the end of this month.
