ABC in German pact

Disney/ABC International Television, London, and KirchGroup, Germany, have agreed to run an exclusive pay TV service for ten years. Under the agreement, Disney/ABC will license pay-per-view rights and pay TV for its Disney Studio feature films, which include Disney, Hollywood, Touchstone and Miramax Pictures. Also in the agreement is a plan for DF1 to carry a premium version of The Disney Channel for German audiences.
