ABC Shoppers sold

Direct marketing giant Harte-Hanks, San Antonio, Tex., signed an agreement with ABC Inc., a subsidiary of Walt Disney Co., to acquire ABC Shoppers Group for about $104 million. The group publishes free-circulation publications, including the Pennysaver, Bargain Bulletin and El Informador, reaching almost 2.5 million households in California and the Midwest.
