The Catholic League, New York, a relentless critic of ABC's "Nothing Sacred" prime-time TV show, is demanding Seagram Americas yank a new Absolut vodka ad that appeared in the March Vogue for allegedly denigrating the hosts used in the sacrament of communion as "everybody's least favored Easter candy." TBWA Chiat/Day, New York, created the ad and novelist Julia Alvarez wrote the text. Neither Seagram nor TBWA had returned calls at deadline.
