Vail Resorts, Vail, Colo., assigned two newly acquired Colorado ski resorts to Kelley/Dexter, Boston, its existing agency. Ad spending for the Breckenridge and Keystone resorts, acquired last year from Ralston Foods, is estimated at $3 million to $5 million, bringing the agency's total Vail billings to about $10 million.

NetScheme Solutions, Marlborough, Mass., to Weber Group, Cambridge, the PR unit of McCann-Erickson Worldwide, as first public relations agency of record. Spending by the Internet data access solutions provider was not disclosed.
