America On-Line and New Line Cinema to Gyro Worldwide, Philadelphia, to handle their joint venture, The Hub, a $6 million account.

'The Financial Times,' London, to Doremus Advertising, New York, to handle its U.S. launch later this year, an account estimated at $3 million to $6 million. KDM, Doremus' media arm, will handle media planning and buying. Bozell, Jacobs, Kenyon & Eckhardt, whose London office handles the paper's global branding, was a finalist.
