Aurora Foods, Columbus, Ohio, assigned its Log Cabin syrup brand, recently acquired from Kraft Foods, to Ogilvy & Mather, Chicago, the agency for the brand under its Kraft ownership; spending was estimated at $5 million to $ 8 million.

Frisch's Restaurants, Cincinnati, to Sive/Young & Rubicam, Cincinnati, in an agency consolidation. Spending was not disclosed. Simons Michelson Zieve, Detroit, had handled creative. Freedman Gibson & White, Cincinnati, had handled media.

Los Angeles County Department of Health Services, to Rogers & Associates, Los Angeles, for a one-year, $200,000 anti-tobacco PR campaign. Rogers handles the state of California's anti-smoking PR.
