Robert Mondavi Winery, Napa, Calif., and Ketchum Advertising, San Francisco, have split. Plans for a review have not been set. Spending, at $1.5 million a year recently, is forecast to gradually increase toward $10 million a year.

Brown-Forman Beverages Worldwide assigned Glenmorangie single malt scotch, Old Forester bourbon, and two brands of Bushmills Irish whiskey to Simmons Durham, St. Louis, agency for Brown-Forman's Jack Daniel's; all four brands were previously unassigned. Spending was not disclosed. New ads break in the fourth quarter.
