WorldSpace Corp., Washington, to McCann-Erickson WorldGroup's Momentum, New York, for a $10 million promotion account to launch an advertising-supported, satellite-delivered audio entertainment service outside the U.S. WorldSpace last September named Grey Communications Group, London, to handle its $40 million advertising account.

Mirro Co., Manitowoc, Wis., to Cramer-Krasselt, Milwaukee, as agency of record for its Mirro and Wearever cookware brands. Spending was estimated at $3 million. The agency review included Meldrum & Fewsmith and incumbent Liggett Stashower, both Cleveland, and McConnaughy Stein Schmidt Brown, Chicago.
