Hush Puppies Co., Rockford, Mich., to Arnold Communications, Boston, for its $5 million to $10 million account, from Bozell Worldwide, Detroit, after a review.

McDonald's Corp.'s New York Tri-State Owner/Operators Association, which represents 600 McDonald's outlets, named MWW Group, East Rutherford, N.J., to handle public relations following an extensive review. Spending was not disclosed. Golin/Harris Communications, New York, which did not participate in the review, was the incumbent and remains the national public relations agency for McDonald's.
