Della Femina/Jeary & Partners, New York, has won the creative assignments for the $3 million MSG Metro channel account and creative for the Jos. A. Bank Clothier account. MSG Metro, a new unit of Cablevision's Rainbow Media, is a group of three side-by-side channels -- MSG Metro Guide, MSG Metro Learning and MSG Traffic & Weather. The Media Edge and MacDonald Media will handle MSG Metro's media buying. Horizon Media handles Jos. A. Bank's media.
