Advanta Mortgage, Spring House, Pa., named three agencies from its list of 13 finalists to handle its $11 million direct response TV work: Lowe Fox Pavlika, New York; DMW Worldwide, Wayne, Pa.; and Ellentuck & Springer, Princeton, N.J. The three agencies will develop direct response TV spots in collaboration with Advanta Advertising, its in-house agency.

Stanley Works Industrial Division, Columbus, Ohio, consolidated its $3 million in advertising for all brands with Mullen, Wenham, Mass. Austin Kelley Advertising, Atlanta, and Stiegler, Wells & Brunswick, Bethlehem, Pa., previously handled individual industrial brands. Mullen has handled Stanley's $15 million corporate and consumer account since January 1998.
