Digital audio software and content marketer RioPort, a unit of Diamond Multimedia Systems, named three finalists to handle its $12 million account: Arnold Ingalls, San Francisco; and Ground Zero and Wong Doody, both Los Angeles. RioPort advertising was previously in-house; a final decision is expected Nov. 12.

Novell, Provo, Utah, named Glow Creative Communications, San Francisco, as a secondary agency to handle an estimated $1 million in spending related to channel advertising and special projects. Y&R Advertising, San Francisco, Novell's agency of record, is gearing up to deliver a $40 million global campaign.
