G. Heileman Brewing Co., facing continuing financial pressures, said it would consolidate its advertising assignments at W.B. Doner & Co., Baltimore and Bloomfield Hills, Mich. Bayer Bess Vanderwarker, Chicago, loses Old Style and several smaller brands.

Barnett Bank, Jacksonville, Fla., to McKinney & Silver, Raleigh, N.C., from the Martin Agency, Richmond, Va., for its $17 million account. McKinney will handle all corporate marketing and advertising for the bank.
