Nortra, Norway's state tourism marketer, named Leo Burnett Co. lead agency for its national and global business, billing $18 million annually. Nortra will continue working with local agencies in such target markets as Germany and Sweden, and Burnett will handle a central global marketing strategy.
Kirin USA, Los Angeles, has put its $3 million account into review. Lord Dentsu, New York, had handled previously.
Andrew Jergens Co., Cincinnati, is shopping for a second agency for two new-product assignments. Company executives wouldn't comment but are said to be talking with Gotham, Lotas Minard Patton McIver, and FCB/Leber Katz, all New York.
