Mattel Inc. to Quantum Media International for its $6 million spot TV buying account, previously at Ogilvy & Mather, New York. Quantum was previously known as Bohbot Media.

Lever Canada, Toronto, has moved its $5.2 million account to Ammirati & Puris/Lintas, Toronto, ending a 44-year relationship with MacLaren. A conflict arose when U.K.-based Reckitt & Colman consolidated its $222 million global advertising account with McCann-Erickson Worldwide, giving MacLaren McCann the $2.5 million Reckitt account for Canada.
