AutoNation USA, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., the used-car dealership planned by H. Wayne Huizenga and auto distributor Jim Moran, has named Campbell Mithun Esty, Minneapolis, and Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos, Boston, as finalists for its ad account. A decision is expected March 1.

El Chico Restaurants, a Dallas-based, 100-unit chain, moved its account to Levenson & Hill from the Richards Group, both Dallas. The chain, which spent nominally on advertising last year, is expected to spend at least $1 million with the new agency.

Wrangler, Greensboro, N.C., has named Dieste & Partners, Dallas, as its Hispanic agency of record, succeeding Ornelas & Associates, Dallas.
