Menzel Nolte, Hamburg, Germany, has notified BMW that it will resign the $57 million German advertising account when the contract ends at the end of the year. Menzel Nolte executives say a recent German TV campaign for the BMW Series 3, which was created in-house using a film production company, hurt BMW's image. No news yet on a review.
