The Florida Lottery, Tallahassee, has listed finalists for its $28 million advertising and public relations account. Included are incumbents Yesawich, Pepperdine & Brown, Orlando; and Hispanic agency Sanchez & Levitan, Coral Gables. Others included are WestWayne, Tampa; W.B. Doner, St. Petersburg; and HMS/McFarland & Drier, Miami. Zubi Advertising Services, Miami, will compete for the Hispanic work. Robinson, Lerer, Sawyer, Miller, Washington, and Ketchum Public Relations, Coral Gables, are finalists for the public relations portion of the account. Finalists will present written plans of service and cost proposals by June 10. Oral presentations will follow later that month.

Lo-Jack Corp., Dedham, Mass., marketer of auto-theft tracking and deterrent systems, to Greenberg Seronick & Partners, Boston, for its $6 million account, previously in-house.

AmeriChoice Corp., Vienna, Va., a regional healthcare company, to Tierney & Partners, Philadelphia, for its $4.5 million to $5 million account, after a review. The account was previously at EPB, Bethesda, Md.
