DDB Needham Worldwide, New York, won the $15 million Lockheed Martin account, beating out Anderson & Lembke and Angotti, Thomas, Hedge, both New York. The Bethesda, Md.-based company previously worked with several agencies.

Cape Cod Chips, a 16-year-old Hyannis, Mass., potato chip marketer, is considering three shops as it prepares to advertise for the first time: Clarke Goward, Boston; Korey, Kay & Partners, New York; and Hunt Adkins, Minneapolis.

Haht Software, Raleigh, N.C., is reviewing six shops for its first agency of record. Matzell Richard & Watts and Wallwork Curry, both of Boston; Leonard/Monahan, Providence, R.I.; Anderson & Lembke, New York; and North Carolina agencies FGI, Chapel Hill, and West & Vaughan, Durham, will vie for the estimated $2 million account.
