Arnold Finnegan Martin, Richmond, has won the $15 million Virginia Lottery ad account. Earle Palmer Brown (the previous agency), Barber/Martin and the Trellis Group, all of Richmond, were also contenders for the account. Siddall, Matus & Coughter, Richmond, part of the Trellis Group, won the $2 million public relations business for the lottery.

Radisson Hotel Corp. has named five finalists for its estimated $6 million account: Carmichael Lynch, Minneapolis; Holland Mark Martin, Burlington, Mass.; Ingalls Advertising, Boston; Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners, New York; and incumbent Sawtooth Group, Woodbridge, N.J.
