Monorail, Atlanta, a new personal computer marketer, said today it has hired Donino & Partners, Atlanta, for advertising and marketing. Monorail, which will specialize in low-price PCs, said it plans a multimillion-dollar campaign, beginning with trade ads this fall and consumer ads beginning next year.
US West Media (Continental Cablevision), Englewood, Colo., has chosen Margeotes/Fertitta & Partners, New York, and Martin/Williams, Minneapolis, as finalists in its $30 million review. There was no previous national agency. A final decision is expected next month.
