Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan named Perich & Partners, Ann Arbor, Mich., for its estimated $3.5 million corporate creative and media account. Perich replaces Ross Roy Communications, Bloomfield Hills, which resigned the account in August.

Hill Holliday/Altschiller, New York, has withdrawn from the review for a unified agency for the eastern region of BMW of North America account, citing unexpected assignments from new clients. New York shops Hampel/Stefanides and Publicis/Bloom and Kelley/Dexter, Boston, will vie for the account, now served by several agencies.

Goldberg Moser O'Neill, San Francisco, said it has resigned two accounts, each with billings of $1 million: Heavenly Valley, a Stateline, Nev., ski resort, and the Sun Valley Mall, Concord, Calif. No word yet on replacement plans.
